The Anginat Learning platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anginat Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data after a retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
